Outstanding Job

I have been absolutely delighted with this company from the very first knock on my door to provide a quote all the way through the completion of the project. While the work is not quite fully finished yet, my experience so far has been outstanding. Mason Stepnowski was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He patiently guided me through the insurance details, pricing, and even helped me choose the right color and materials for the roof. The installation crew arrived at the crack of dawn and worked tirelessly—even into the evening—to ensure the job was done right. Special recognition goes to Mike Bate, the supervisor par excellence. What an exceptional human being and an even better supervisor. Mike was the first to arrive, his crew followed immediately, and he was the last to leave. He oversaw every detail and was always available to answer my questions. The cleanup was thorough. We did have a major snowstorm that covered some of the roof dust afterward, so I am expecting the crew to return and finish tidying up once the snow melts. Overall, I am more than delighted with my new roof and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professionalism, hard work, and exceptional service.
