Book A Free Gutter Inspection
Paramount Home Solutions inspects your gutters, downspouts and fascia at no cost and gives you photographs of anything we find.
Paramount Home Solutions is a gutter company based in Schwenksville, Montgomery County, serving homeowners across southeastern Pennsylvania. We handle the whole system rather than one piece of it: seamless gutters, downspouts, guards, repairs and the fascia they attach to. Our crews are the same roofing crews that install GAF systems on local homes, so nothing gets handed to a subcontractor who disappears after the invoice clears. Most gutter searches start after something already went wrong. A free inspection tells you how bad it actually is before you spend anything.

Plenty of companies will hang a gutter. Fewer will look at why the old one failed. A gutter that overflows every storm usually points to undersized troughs, blocked outlets or a pitch problem, and replacing the same system with the same specifications repeats the failure in four years.

Our gutter inspection covers trough pitch, hanger spacing, outlet condition, fascia and soffit behind the gutter, and where the water actually ends up once it leaves the downspout. You get photographs of every issue and a written summary, whether or not you hire us.

We form seamless aluminum on site to the exact length of each run. Hidden hangers screwed into the rafter tails hold far better through ice load than spikes driven into fascia board. Color is matched to your trim from a baked enamel range.

Corner miters, outlet connections and hanger pull-throughs account for most leaks we see. Resealing and rehanging a sound aluminum system costs a fraction of replacement, and we will tell you when that is the better call.

Downspouts belong at every corner and roughly every 30 to 40 feet along long runs. Water needs to discharge at least five feet from the foundation. Dumping it at the wall is the fastest route to a wet basement in this part of Pennsylvania.
A full gutter replacement in the Philadelphia area generally runs $5 to $10 per linear foot installed, which puts most homes between $1,000 and $2,500. Trough size, gauge, color and material drive the spread, and copper sits well above that range.
Three things move the number. Six inch troughs and oversized outlets cost more than standard five inch. Heavier .032 gauge aluminum resists hail and ladder dents better than .027 and adds to the material line. And fascia board that turns out to be rotted once the old gutters come off gets replaced by the foot before anything new goes up.
Gutter work is rarely compared across bids as carefully as a roof, though the same three checks apply: licensing, who actually performs the installation, and what the warranty covers.

A project manager walks the roofline, checks pitch, hanger condition and fascia, measures each run and photographs anything that needs attention. You receive a written estimate with the trough size and gauge specified.

Seamless aluminum is formed on your driveway to the length of each run and hung the same day. A standard home takes one day. We protect landscaping and haul the old system away.

Before we leave, we run water through every run to confirm the pitch carries it to the outlets and that discharge lands clear of the foundation. Then we clean the site and walk it with you.
Seamless gutter installations, guard systems and full exterior projects completed in Souderton, Lansdale, Allentown and surrounding communities.
Paramount Home Solutions has been amazing from start to finish. We first had a new roof installed earlier and it looks amazing. Then we completed the house with new siding, caped windows and doors. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Both of my project managers were awesome! Great experience. Would recommend them to anyone.
I have zero complaints about my roofing project from start to finish. Every interaction with Sales, Project Mgmt, and working crew were professional and friendly. Chris is fantastic in helping understand all details and options of the project, and Lando was an incredible project manager. I received continuous updates on progress, including drone shots of the roof as the project continued. Very cool, and so helpful. The quality of the work is excellent, and this project is honestly the first time I have ever had a service provider show up EARLY. I’d recommend this crew to anyone.
Nicholas was fantastic in walking us through the process and things progressed exactly as he said they would. Five stars for Nicholas. The day of the new roof install introduced us to Project Manager Landon. He could not possibly been any helpful or informative as the morning progressed. He went above and beyond. Five stars for Landon. The seven man work crew was fantastic! They knew exactly what to do and wasted no time in doing. They totally removed the existing roof, installed the new one and cleaned up all debris and departed before noon. Five stars for the work crew! Paramount is your best choice, hands down!
Our office is in Schwenksville, which puts most of southeastern Pennsylvania within a short drive. Homeowners looking for gutter services near them after a storm want a crew that can be on the roof this week, and that is the reason we keep the service area tight rather than covering half the state on paper.
Montgomery County: Souderton, Lansdale, Schwenksville, King of Prussia, Pottstown, Harleysville and surrounding townships.
Bucks County: Doylestown, Southampton, Warminster, Quakertown and Perkasie. Older homes here often carry undersized original gutters that never handled the roof area properly.
Chester County: Chester Springs, West Chester, Phoenixville and Downingtown. Historic districts frequently call for half round or copper profiles.
Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley: Rowhome gutters and low slope drainage work differently than suburban eaves. We handle both, along with Allentown and the surrounding Lehigh Valley.
Paramount Home Solutions also serves New Jersey and Delaware from offices in Glendora and Spring Lake.
Check the contractor license number, confirm liability and workers’ compensation coverage, and ask whether the crew is in house or subcontracted. Ask what gauge and trough size the quote assumes. Two estimates that look similar often specify very different material.
We repair. Resealing corners, replacing hangers and refastening downspouts often restores a sound aluminum system for far less than replacement. We recommend replacement when the trough is bent, the fascia behind it has rotted, or the system is undersized for the roof.
Most full gutter replacements here run $5 to $10 per linear foot installed, putting a typical home between $1,000 and $2,500. Trough size, gauge, color and fascia repair drive the variation. Our gutter cost page breaks the estimate down line by line.
Sectional gutters come in pre-cut lengths joined every ten feet, and each joint is a future leak. Seamless gutters are formed on site as one continuous run with joints only at corners and outlets. They cost more up front and last considerably longer.
Five inch K-style handles most Pennsylvania homes. Six inch carries roughly 40 percent more water and makes sense on large roof areas, steep pitches, or any roofline that already overflows during heavy summer storms. We size by the actual area each run drains.
A standard single family home is finished in one day, including tear-off, fabrication, installation and cleanup. Fascia repair or a complex roofline with many corners can extend it into a second day.
Twice a year suits most homes here, in late spring after seed drop and in late fall once the leaves are down. Properties under mature oaks or maples often need a third visit. Guards reduce the frequency without eliminating it.
At least five feet from the foundation, onto splash blocks, extensions or a buried line that daylights away from the house. Water released at the wall is the most common cause of basement seepage and foundation settling we see.
Ice dams form when heat escaping the attic melts snow that refreezes at the cold eave. The fix is attic insulation, air sealing and roof ventilation, with ice and water shield installed at the eaves during the next roof replacement. Heat cable treats the symptom.
