"At first l was bit reluctant to enter into the contract but after going around and seeing their work l have decided to hire the company. I can assure you that l will sleep much better tonight. From initial start when Lando came to the door and o introduced himself providing his personal phone number and explaining to me how the „boys in blue „ will proceed with the work and providing me with videos during the various stages of the job -I was reassured. Since l could not go on the roof myself the videos and all of my questions were asked with details, curtesy and to the point that l was satisfied. Throughout the day the boys worked together as a good team and were communicating among themselves and with me to successfully complete the project. The skylights were installed properly and Eber explained to me how to operate the remotes. I am a sticker for details and nothing was overlooked. "We actually had storm damage on our house and prayed about it and wonderfully GOD answered our Prayers when Nick Perara, Paramount's Sales Manager actually showed up at our door and explained in detail all about PARAMOUNT HOME SERVICE company and how oiur home owner's insurance would be able to pay for the repairs. He was very honest, down to earth, easy to understand and when he showed us all of the info about PARAMOUNT it was a done deal! Nick is a TRUSTWORTHY individual and he helped us file all of the paperwork with our insurance co. that he had previously dealt with at least 200 times.
