As a retired pharmacist i never thought about roofing until I needed a new roof. Paramount far exceeded my expectations! The references seemed to good to be true, however now I add my voice to testify to their excellent service and their flawless installation. Robert Grabfelder and Chris Brown directed me expertly through the whole process. The workmanship ship is outstanding! All promises made were kept from scheduling to cleanup. I couldn't be happier. A Paramount rep. was in our area offering free inspection for possible hail damage from a recent storm I asked if I could get an estimate for roof replacement. I called the office a few days later to ask about the estimate. Within about an hour, I received a call from the owner of the company. I was told I would have the estimate within 24 hours and in fact, I did! Their price was not only very competitive, but one of the lowest bids I had received. They offered the best GAF single with their Master Elite guarantee of 25 years material and workmanship, which is backed by GAF Corporate! We signed the contract and set the date. They arrived with a crew of 10 men at 7 am and were on our roof at 7:10am. The owner of the company also came out to oversee the project and spent a good deal of time at our site before leaving to check on other crews he had working. There was a job site foreman that kept everything moving along and insuring that our property was protected and restored to the way they found it. Outstanding clean up! By noon, the entire roof was stripped to the plywood, a few pieces of wood were replaced due to some decay and all of the felt and ice rshield was applied. At 1pm, the crew returned from lunch and by 4 pm, the entire roof (5500 sq. feet) was completely shingled by 4pm. Vent pipe boots were installed and the entire job completed by 5pm. Crew was courteous and professional and left our property as if they were never here! Outstanding in every way!

Wonderfully Efficient, Friendly Crew
Had this local, family owned, business install a new roof. I had a roof leak and they were out the next day to examine. Issue was flashing and I made the decision to replace the roof rather than repair the area. Don’t know if any of the materials will be affected by the tariffs, but decided pricing was NOT going to go down. With the way prices have risen, I feel their quote was fair. Since I had a leak, they scheduled for the following week. The crew came out today and total removed the old shingles and flashing and installed new shingles as well as all the other supplies that go under the shingles. They tarped the areas that would see the brunt of the shingle removal, moved my plants, furniture or anything else that could be affected. When done, they cleaned the area very, very well and returned the items moved their original locations. All this was done in approximately 7 hours. The shingles and workmanship are warrantied for 25 years. I feel confident in their work and highly recommend them.

Professionalism personified
My paramount representative was Robert Grabfelder. This gentleman was excellent in every aspect of getting me through the corridors of filing and completing an insurance claim due to tornado damage to our roof. He consistently worked with my home owners insurance and was is site when the inspector came to represent our best interest. Once the claim was approved, the scheduling was simple and fast. Within a week we were scheduled. The roof team was here yesterday at 7 am and again consummate professionals. They removed the old roof, and completed to total roof replacement and clean up by 5:30. I can not express how impressed I was by this company from start to finish. Thank you Robert and roofing team. You are 1 of 1 as the saying goes. THANK YOU.
