My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work on our home. We had GAF Timberline HDZ Charcoal shingles installed along with some standing seam metal work, and the result is outstanding. Every detail, from craftsmanship to cleanup, reflected pride and precision. No shortcuts, no loose ends just a team committed to getting it right. Mike and Lando, the project managers, were excellent communicators - present, available, responsive, and fully invested. Barry set the tone from the start with his initial sales call and inspection, Greg kept things moving, and even Nick, one of the owners, was on-site to check on the job. That in itself says a lot. I am not one to typically write reviews, and I’m admittedly very detail-oriented with high expectations, but this experience went above and beyond anything I’ve seen with construction crews over the years, This is how a business should be run. We actually had storm damage on our house and prayed about it and wonderfully GOD answered our Prayers when Nick Perara, Paramount's Sales Manager actually showed up at our door and explained in detail all about PARAMOUNT HOME SERVICE company and how oiur home owner's insurance would be able to pay for the repairs. He was very honest, down to earth, easy to understand and when he showed us all of the info about PARAMOUNT it was a done deal! Nick is a TRUSTWORTHY individual and he helped us file all of the paperwork with our insurance co. that he had previously dealt with at least 200 times. Needless to say, we just had out house completely reroofed with the BEST shingles GAF Architectural 50 year Guarantee with labor coverage of 20 years because PARAMOUNT is part of GAF's Master Elite Club (less than 2% of USA Contractors qualify for this). They arrived on time 7AM, they had an 8 man crew (6 Roofers + 2 Painters) with an EXCELLENT Project Mgr. Tim Hack overseeing the project and by 2PM they not only ripped off the old roof and reroofed our entire house but made other outside repairs as well as painted our entire Kitchen Ceiling from water damage (after they checked for mold) as well. Excellent from Start to Finish
We had a tree fall on the roof during the last snow storm and Austin was able to come out the next day to assess the damage. He worked with us through the entire insurance claim process to ensure we received all we were owed to cover the damages including an entirely new roof. When it was time to replace the roof, we only had to wait a week for the work to begin. They arrived promptly and completed the whole roof in less than 1 day. Austin was a godsend during a stressful time and the whole team did a stellar job.

Outstanding Job
I have been absolutely delighted with this company from the very first knock on my door to provide a quote all the way through the completion of the project. While the work is not quite fully finished yet, my experience so far has been outstanding. Mason Stepnowski was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He patiently guided me through the insurance details, pricing, and even helped me choose the right color and materials for the roof. The installation crew arrived at the crack of dawn and worked tirelessly—even into the evening—to ensure the job was done right. Special recognition goes to Mike Bate, the supervisor par excellence. What an exceptional human being and an even better supervisor. Mike was the first to arrive, his crew followed immediately, and he was the last to leave. He oversaw every detail and was always available to answer my questions. The cleanup was thorough. We did have a major snowstorm that covered some of the roof dust afterward, so I am expecting the crew to return and finish tidying up once the snow melts. Overall, I am more than delighted with my new roof and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professionalism, hard work, and exceptional service.

New Cedar Roof
Paramount installed a new Cedar Roof on my house and did a superb job. Every person no matter, in which capacity they worked was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thoroughly competent. The guys couldn't have been nicer. They were a pleasure to have around. They cleaned up every day. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do every day which is unheard of in today's world. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They are the best.
Highly recommended for residential Roofing !
I was told be The Roof Maxx Co. That my roof was too old for a second plant-based oil treatment to restore asphalt shingles. They could not guarantee the treatment. Looking a the shingles my myself I agreed. I wanted a GAF certified Contractor and Found Paramount Home solutions. Tyler Greco did an accurate estimate and explained detail the materials being used and warranties on those materials It took over a month to actually book the job because I had to get solar panels and Leaf filter Gutter shields removed. We also had to wait for snowfall to melt. I made it easier on the crew by moving 2 vehicles so their 30 Cu Yd dumpster could be in the driveway . The tarped the property to reduce hardware and debris from falling on the ground. They did a thorough walkaround with the wheeled magnet to grab an errant roofing nails on the ground. I needed to replace practically all of the Plywood sheeting which drove the cost up. From the age of the roof and the last replacement date, I expected that as well. They also did my backyard shed for a nominal fee because they had the excess materials and I agreed to it. The Site Manager / Construction foreman Jason Runzer did a commendable job explaining the process to me and what to expect. I was very satisfied with the entire process. I'd have no qualms recommending this organization at all.

My experience with Paramount was excellent from start to finish! The roof and my attic were carefully inspected and photos taken. The insurance company inspected twice and the claim was approved for the removal and replacement of the solar panels as well as the roof replacement due to damage from nor'easter here in south Jersey last Spring. Each step of the process was explained, scheduled and implemented. Sales Manager, Moses Arellano, guided me through the initial estimates, and processes, as well as follow-up when all completed. Jason Runzer, Sale Manager, directed the crew replacing the roof as well as the clean-up. He also contacted me after the work to make sure I was satisfied in every way. I am more than satified wiht paramount's work - I am delighted!
