We had a tree fall on the roof during the last snow storm and Austin was able to come out the next day to assess the damage. He worked with us through the entire insurance claim process to ensure we received all we were owed to cover the damages including an entirely new roof. When it was time to replace the roof, we only had to wait a week for the work to begin. They arrived promptly and completed the whole roof in less than 1 day. Austin was a godsend during a stressful time and the whole team did a stellar job.
