I was told be The Roof Maxx Co. That my roof was too old for a second plant-based oil treatment to restore asphalt shingles. They could not guarantee the treatment. Looking a the shingles my myself I agreed. I wanted a GAF certified Contractor and Found Paramount Home solutions. Tyler Greco did an accurate estimate and explained detail the materials being used and warranties on those materials It took over a month to actually book the job because I had to get solar panels and Leaf filter Gutter shields removed. We also had to wait for snowfall to melt. I made it easier on the crew by moving 2 vehicles so their 30 Cu Yd dumpster could be in the driveway . The tarped the property to reduce hardware and debris from falling on the ground. They did a thorough walkaround with the wheeled magnet to grab an errant roofing nails on the ground. I needed to replace practically all of the Plywood sheeting which drove the cost up. From the age of the roof and the last replacement date, I expected that as well. They also did my backyard shed for a nominal fee because they had the excess materials and I agreed to it. The Site Manager / Construction foreman Jason Runzer did a commendable job explaining the process to me and what to expect. I was very satisfied with the entire process. I'd have no qualms recommending this organization at all.

My experience with Paramount was excellent from start to finish! The roof and my attic were carefully inspected and photos taken. The insurance company inspected twice and the claim was approved for the removal and replacement of the solar panels as well as the roof replacement due to damage from nor'easter here in south Jersey last Spring. Each step of the process was explained, scheduled and implemented. Sales Manager, Moses Arellano, guided me through the initial estimates, and processes, as well as follow-up when all completed. Jason Runzer, Sale Manager, directed the crew replacing the roof as well as the clean-up. He also contacted me after the work to make sure I was satisfied in every way. I am more than satified wiht paramount's work - I am delighted!

Our south Jersey community experienced a severe nor'easter this past spring. Several neighbors had damage to their roofs and contacted Paramount through Moses Arellano. His inspection was complete of my roof and my attic. We needed a second inspection from my insurance company to confirm the damage. All the contacts concerning the process with Moses were professional, informative, pleasant and reassuring. The crews who removed and later replaced the solar panels were prompt and experienced. Jason Runzer was the sales representative on site with the crew to replace my roof. The results are beautiful. Paramount Home Solutions thank you again! As a homeowner you worry about everything. We recently had bad weather in my area. My neighbor knocked on my door the next day and said a few shingles had fallen and thought they came from my roof. I went outside to see if I noticed any missing shingles. I didn’t see any missing shingles but thought I should reach out to Paramount Home Solutions just to see if someone could check to make sure the shingles didn’t fall from my roof. I figured it’s best to be safe then sorry. In less than 48 hours Lukasz came out on a cold Sunday morning to inspect the roof thoroughly for me. Luckily the shingles weren’t from my roof. I felt so horrible that he came and nothing was wrong. As a customer Lukasz made me feel so appreciated and told me no worries this is what we are here for. When you receive service from their company they will always be there in the event if you need them. This company do not just do a job and forget about you, they are there if you need them. Every person that I have ever came in contact with from this company from the very beginning of replacing my roof and gutters have been nothing but amazing. I swear I didn’t think these type of companies exist anymore but I was wrong. Paramount Home Solutions was amazing. They did a great job on our roof. They were quick and efficient in the installation of the new roof but aside from that they were amazing in discussions with our insurance company in handling the claims process. Our main paramount representative was Mason Stepnowski. This young man was pleasant and professional from start to finish. His number one priority was our satisfaction. He was always easy to get in contact with and made navigating our insurance claim very simple. He went above and beyond to help us with product selection and choices with siding, shutters, gutters, and more. We really appreciated his time and efforts. He visited our job site numerous times to make sure the job was being done correctly and that cleanliness was maintained. It is also important to mention Tim, our siding supervisor. He made sure that our job was done efficiently and correctly. He was pleasant and helpful on a daily basis. Both of these men are a testament to the professionalism of Paramount Home Solutions. Really great from start to finish.
From day one Paramount worked with us and for us. On roofing day the wind was really strong and the old shingles were all over our neighbors properties, but when all was done, everything was taken care of.

A Paramount rep. was in our area offering free inspection for possible hail damage from a recent storm I asked if I could get an estimate for roof replacement. I called the office a few days later to ask about the estimate. Within about an hour, I received a call from the owner of the company. I was told I would have the estimate within 24 hours and in fact, I did! Their price was not only very competitive, but one of the lowest bids I had received. They offered the best GAF single with their Master Elite guarantee of 25 years material and workmanship, which is backed by GAF Corporate! We signed the contract and set the date. They arrived with a crew of 10 men at 7 am and were on our roof at 7:10am. The owner of the company also came out to oversee the project and spent a good deal of time at our site before leaving to check on other crews he had working. There was a job site foreman that kept everything moving along and insuring that our property was protected and restored to the way they found it. Outstanding clean up! By noon, the entire roof was stripped to the plywood, a few pieces of wood were replaced due to some decay and all of the felt and ice rshield was applied. At 1pm, the crew returned from lunch and by 4 pm, the entire roof (5500 sq. feet) was completely shingled by 4pm. Vent pipe boots were installed and the entire job completed by 5pm. Crew was courteous and professional and left our property as if they were never here! Outstanding in every way!
